We will follow all NY state, Monroe County, and University Health and safety guidelines. Risk Waiver and Release Agreement Please be advised that there is an additional risk wavier for minors that must be signed before attending the University of Rochester volleyball camp. If we have not received your wavier by the first day of camp, you will not be able to participate. All camp and clinic registrations need to be completed online. Frequently Asked Questions: Where do the sessions take place? The volleyball sessions will be held in the Goergen Athletic Center. There will be an athletic trainer on site during all sessions and water will be provided for the campers. What should I bring? Please come in comfortable athletic clothing, t-shirts, shorts, socks, volleyball shoes, knee pads, pre-filled water bottles (at least two recommended). Where do the campers eat? Meals for all campers during the Summer Camps will be provided for in the Susan B Anthony dining hall, Douglass Hall, or catered in. How are the campers transported? Campers will walk from meeting sessions to the Goergen Athletic Center, and will also walk during the campus tour. They are supervised by camp counselors at all times. Is there a camp store with equipment available for purchase? There will be some URVB shirts available for purchase along with additional volleyball gear, during the Summer Camps. How will we be contacted in case of emergency? In case of emergency or if we need to contact the guardian of the camper, we will use the cell phone numbers provided in registration. Athletic trainers will be on site in case of medical emergency. |
